Loxahatchee
Equestrian and agricultural land west of Wellington.
Loxahatchee is the working name for the acreage country west of Royal Palm Beach and Wellington, taking in The Acreage and the town of Loxahatchee Groves. Lots run an acre and up, zoning leans agricultural-residential, and people come here for horses, equipment, quiet, and room. It is also where land questions come up most: what a parcel is zoned for, what it could become, and what that is worth.

I'm still writing up my full notes on this area. Reach out and I'll give you the straight read: what's good, what to watch for, and what you're really deciding between.
