DMCA Copyright Policy
How to report claimed copyright infringement and submit a counter-notification.
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others. This policy explains the notice-and-takedown process under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Copyright infringement notice
A written notice should identify the copyrighted work and the material at issue, include enough information to locate the material, and provide the complaining party's contact information.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are covered
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including the page URL when available
- Your mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
2. Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, your signed counter-notification should include:
- Identification of the removed or disabled material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Send notices to the interim copyright agent
Derek Francois

West Palm Beach, FL 33401
Phone: 561-707-5379

Registration confirmation required
Derek Francois is listed here as the interim contact. Before launch, confirm the responsible legal entity and verify or complete the separate DMCA designated-agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office. Posting a name on this page alone does not complete that registration.
4. What happens next
We may request missing information, forward a compliant notice or counter-notification to the affected party, remove or restore material as the law permits, and retain records needed to administer the request. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or mistake can create liability.
