Palm Beach Gardens is the golf address of the north county, home to PGA National and a run of club communities along the PGA Boulevard corridor. Shopping and dining cluster around PGA Boulevard and the Gardens Mall, and the north-county job base keeps year-round demand under the seasonal layer.
