Lake Worth
Coastal city with a downtown strip and the Intracoastal at its eastern edge.
Lake Worth is really two markets that share a name. The coastal city, renamed Lake Worth Beach in 2019, has a walkable downtown on Lake and Lucerne Avenues and the Intracoastal at its eastern edge. West of I-95, the larger unincorporated Lake Worth corridor carries the gated communities most buyers are actually searching for, including Winston Trails, where Derek's record runs deepest.

I'm still writing up my full notes on this area. Reach out and I'll give you the straight read: what's good, what to watch for, and what you're really deciding between.
