Winston Trails
Gated golf community in Lake Worth, without the country-club buy-in.
Winston Trails is a gated, non-equity golf community in western Lake Worth, roughly 1,891 single-family homes built between 1993 and 2002 across about twenty sub-developments, the numbered Par villages that line the course. Homes run from just over 1,300 square feet to around 3,600. It is guarded around the clock, and because the 18-hole Joe Lee championship course is non-equity, you get golf-course living without a mandatory club-membership buy-in, which is uncommon in this part of Palm Beach County. Beaches, shopping, and downtown dining sit about ten minutes east.

What I'm proud of selling here
This is my community. I bought here in 2019, my family lives here, and I've closed nineteen homes inside these gates, more than anywhere else I work. When I walk a buyer through Winston Trails I'm not reading a listing sheet, I'm telling you which village I'd put my own money in, and I have.
What to look out for
No two homes in here live the same. Same gates, same course, but every village has its own feel, its own lots, and its own price story. Walk it with someone who knows which is which, and nothing surprises you later.
The real decision
You're really choosing what Lake Worth living costs you: here you get the guard gate, the golf, the pools and courts, and a community full of families, ten minutes from the beach, without a country-club buy-in. The decision is which village fits your life and budget, and that's a conversation I can have street by street.
