Delray Beach
Atlantic Avenue, the beach, and a real downtown.
Delray Beach is built around Atlantic Avenue, a walkable downtown strip of restaurants and shops that runs from I-95 to the ocean. The closer you get to the Avenue and the beach, the tighter the inventory and the firmer the pricing. West of downtown, communities spread out and prices ease.

I'm still writing up my full notes on this area. Reach out and I'll give you the straight read: what's good, what to watch for, and what you're really deciding between.
